How much can I recover from my ticket?
If you have not stipulated insurance, it will not be possible to recover the entire ticket price. We can, however, reclaim a good part of it, even if it is not possible to establish beforehand the percentage thereof. The taxes and supplements that we can successfully claim depend on some variables such as: airline or naval carrier, the number of stopovers provided for, the departure and arrival port airport, etc.
For example, for a low-cost flight, the so called "1 euro offer”,
the final price is made up only of taxes and fees +
1 euro. Consult an explicative example.

Why must I pay in advance, in order to use the services?
The advance payment is a form of guarantee since the airline and naval companies and the travel agents usually send the reimbursements directly to the account or the credit card with which the ticket payment was originally made.

How long does it take to obtain the reimbursements?
The time-frames vary according to the kind of the reimbursement requested, both depending on the airline or naval company and the travel agent involved. In some cases reimbursement can take place the same day as the case is started. At any rate, you will constantly be updated as to the state of the reimbursement case.

Is personal data privacy protected?
Passenger-Care.com respects and protects the privacy of its clients, in compliance with the current regulations concerning the safeguard of personal data (L. 675/96 and Legislative Decree no 196 of 30 June 2003). Moreover Passenger-Care staff members do not know the credit card numbers used for the on-line payment, since the transactions pass on a secure server external to our structure.
