How we work

How to use our services in 4 simple steps:

Step 1
Register on our site.
In order to use our services, you must be registered.
Registration is free and easy to do, and once registered, you will have access to the private area.

Step 2
Find the service for which you require our assistance. Therefore
start your case, by inserting the data necessary for the handling of the same. 

Step 3
As soon as we receive your request for tickets reimbursement, we will examine it,
if it has the characteristics to be dealt with, you will be informed,
so you can then proceed to the payment of the service.
After receiving confirmation of payment, your case will be immediately forwarded.

Step 4
In the case of a positive case outcome, we will arrange for your ticket reimbursement, otherwise the cost of our service will be paid back to you (“No reimbursement no cost”).
