According to the legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196 the user allows "his personal data" communicated and/or exchanged, even during the pre-contractual  informative phase, will be subjected to treatment according to the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, for the effects  and the purposes within the article 24, paragraph 1, letter b) and successive modifications and integrations of the same Legislative Decree no 196/2003. Further, it is understood  that the user voluntarily agrees to the transfer of his "personal data" according to the article 43, paragraph 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree no 196/2003 and, however, to the communication and diffusion thereof.
